DESCRIPTION:Biofire® Mycoplasma Demo \nDie Firma Biomerieux\, Herstellerin von Nachweissystemen für die mikrobiologische Qualitätskontrolle für (GMP-)Labore in der Bioproduktion und in der Zell- und Gentherapie veranstaltet einen Informationsnachmittag zur Vorstellung ihres weltweit einzigartigen\, schnellsten und voll automatisierten PCR-basierten Mycoplasmentests. Die Gäste sind eingeladen\, eine Live-Messung mitzuverfolgen und von unserem externen Partnerlabor ‚Labor LS‘ Gundlagen zur Validierung dieses Systems zu erfahren. \nWhat can you expect? \nDie Veranstaltung beginnt um 13:30 Uhr mit einer Begrüßung durch den Biomerieux-Vertriebsleiter Industrie. Es folgt ein allgemeiner Beitrag der Business Development Managerin für Zell- und Gentherapie über Mycoplasmen und deren Nachweismethoden. Im Anschluß daran stellen wir Ihnen das Biofire® Mycoplasma-System vor. Da es sich um ein kleines kompaktes und vollständig geschlossenes System handelt\, kann es gefahrlos im Seminarraum auf einem kleinen Tisch platziert und betrieben werden. Wir entnehmen eine Probe aus dem Sputum eines freiwilligen Teilnehmers (die darin enthaltene Mycoplasmenart Mycoplasma orale ist Bestandteil der normalen gesunden Mundflora und nicht pathogen) und führen eine Messung durch\, die nur 45 Min. dauert. Während des Messvorgangs erfahren die Teilnehmer von den Experten von ‚Labor LS‘\, wie man eine GMP-konforme Validierung dieses Systems plant und durchführt. Zum Schluß wird Ihnen die Mess- und Auswertesoftware erläutert sowie die Ergebnisauswertung präsentiert. Das Ende der Veranstaltung wird für etwa 17:30 oder 18:00 Uhr anvisiert\, nachdem alle Fragen aus dem Publikum zufriedenstellend beantwortet worden sind. \nMit herzhaften und süßen Snacks\, Obst\, Kaffee\, Tee und Mineralwasser wird für das leibliche Wohl der Teilnehmer gesorgt. \nDie Teilnahme ist kostenfrei.
